What are your payment methods?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Credit Card payments. Standard terms are 70% deposit upfront and 30% balance before shipment. First small orders can be paid 100% upfront.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom jerseys?

Our flexible MOQ starts from just 10 pieces per design, making it easy for teams and emerging brands to start their custom sportswear lines.

What printing methods do you use?

We specialize in full sublimation printing, which ensures colors never fade or crack. We also offer heat transfer, screen printing, and high-density embroidery.

What is the sample lead time for custom sportswear?

The standard sample production lead time is 3-5 days. Digital mockup is free, but physical sample charges a setup fee. Mass production takes 7-15 days.

What artwork files do you need?

What is the difference between sublimation and heat transfer?

Sublimation dyes the fabric itself, so colors never peel or crack and can cover the whole garment. Heat transfer applies a vinyl layer on top — best for names, numbers and small logos.

Is the design service really free?

We produce 1–2 sample pieces for fit and fabric check within 48 hours. Sample terms are provided with your quote.
