Harmful Substance Control
Fabric mills test for AZO, formaldehyde and heavy metals. Test reports available per lot.
Quality is a process, not a promise. Four inspection stages and lab tests sit between your artwork and your shipment.
Independent QC team — not the production line — owns each gate.
Every fabric lot is tested for weight, color, shrinkage and defects before cutting starts.
Before cuttingOperators check seams, stitching tension and measurements on the line, hourly.
During productionAlignment, color matching and adhesion of every print, number and embroidery.
After printingRandom sampling to AQL 2.5/4.0 before packing. Defective pieces are removed, not shipped.
Before packing
Our inspectors check against the approved sample: measurements within tolerance, prints aligned, seams even, colors matching the original artwork. Every check is recorded, so any issue is traceable to the batch.
Standard tests run on incoming fabric lots and finished garments.
Washing, light and rubbing fastness tested to keep colors bright.
Wash tests confirm shrinkage stays within tolerance.
Surface abrasion tests for smooth fabric through many washes.
Tensile checks on critical seams — shoulders, crotch and hems.
Heat transfer and embroidery checked for peeling and durability.
Fabric lots screened against restricted substance lists.
We run our factory to international textile and social compliance practices. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek) are welcome — bring your own QC team.
