Incoming Fabric Check
Every fabric lot is tested for weight, color, shrinkage and defects before cutting starts.

Operators check seams, stitching tension and measurements on the line, hourly.

Printing & Detail Check
Alignment, color matching and adhesion of every print, number and embroidery.

Final AQL Inspection
Random sampling to AQL 2.5/4.0 before packing. Defective pieces are removed, not shipped.

Our inspectors check against the approved sample: measurements within tolerance, prints aligned, seams even, colors matching the original artwork. Every check is recorded, so any issue is traceable to the batch.

Lab Tests
Fabrics Are Tested Before They Reach You
Standard tests run on incoming fabric lots and finished garments.
Color Fastness
Washing, light and rubbing fastness tested to keep colors bright.
Shrinkage Control
Wash tests confirm shrinkage stays within tolerance.
Pilling Resistance
Surface abrasion tests for smooth fabric through many washes.
Seam Strength
Tensile checks on critical seams — shoulders, crotch and hems.
Print Adhesion
Heat transfer and embroidery checked for peeling and durability.
Harmful Substance Screening
Fabric lots screened against restricted substance lists.

Quality Questions
What inspections does OUYI run on each order?
Every order passes four checks: incoming fabric inspection, in-line sewing inspection, printing check and a final AQL random inspection before packing.
Can a third-party inspector visit the factory?
Yes. Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC) are welcome before or during shipment.
What lab tests do you run on fabrics?
We test color fastness to washing, light and rubbing, shrinkage, pilling resistance and tensile strength on incoming fabric lots.
