What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 10 pieces per design. Mixed sizes are allowed within one design, and mixed colors are allowed for most styles.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. Mixed sizes are always allowed within one design. Mixed colors are available for most styles at the same MOQ.
Can I order a trial run before mass production?
Yes. Many customers start with a small trial order of 10–50 pieces to check quality and fit before committing to larger quantities.
Do you offer OEM and private label service?
Yes. We manufacture under your brand with your labels, tags and packaging. Your designs stay confidential.
Sampling

Do you charge for samples?
Sample fees apply. We will produce the sample within 3-5 days after artwork approval. Sample terms and courier options will be provided with your quote.
What artwork files do you need for printing?
AI, PDF, PSD, CDR or high-resolution PNG at 300 dpi. If you only have a sketch, our design team redraws it for free.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes. Send PMS or HEX color codes and we will match them in sublimation or fabric. Color approval happens on the physical sample.
Can you help with size grading for my team?
Yes. Tell us the players' height and weight range and we will recommend a size distribution. We provide full size charts for all styles.

How long does production take?
Production takes 7–15 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and style. We can arrange express production for urgent orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and credit card payments. Our standard terms are 70% deposit upfront and 30% balance before shipment. For initial small orders, 100% full payment upfront is accepted.
What is your quality guarantee?
Every order passes a 4-stage inspection including final AQL random check. Defective items are replaced or reworked at our cost.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship by sea, air or express courier under FOB, CIF or DDP terms. We handle all export documentation.
How long does shipping take?
Express courier takes 3–7 days door to door. Air freight takes about 5–10 days. Sea freight takes 15–40 days depending on the destination port.
Do you provide customs and export documents?
Yes. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates as required by your country.
